02 / Correction report
What to include
- The affected page.
Paste the full page URL and identify the heading, table row or sentence involved. - The exact problem.
Explain whether the issue is a wrong fact, outdated version, broken link, ambiguous label, missing limitation or media concern. - The proposed correction.
Provide the replacement wording or the result you believe the page should show. - The strongest available evidence.
Prefer a current official store page, developer changelog, public support document or a clearly scoped hands-on result with version and platform.
Links to public evidence are preferred. Do not attach executables, build archives, cracks, credentials, private Patreon material or files you do not have permission to share.
03 / Review process
How reports are evaluated
- The affected claim is checked against its stated version and evidence type.
- Current first-party records take priority for release status and developer-published changes.
- A developer report remains labelled developer-reported unless it has also been tested directly.
- If evidence is incomplete, the page may be narrowed or marked with a clearer limitation instead of accepting an unsupported replacement.
- Material fixes are made on the affected page. Not every message can be answered individually, and no response time is promised.

04 / Boundaries
This is not official support
Swords & Slippers Field Notes cannot restore Patreon access, issue refunds, provide Steam keys, troubleshoot private account problems or speak on behalf of Mass Creation. For those matters, use the support route provided by the service or developer involved.
The site also does not accept paid placement disguised as an editorial correction. Commercial proposals must be clearly identified and do not guarantee coverage or a link.
